i have been using hettzner server but keep getting abuse reports looking for server for movie streaming dmca ignored similar specs hopefully currently have a 40tb (4x10tb)

Perhaps @vsys_host can help you out with a custom build. I guess you would be interested in Ukraine 🇺🇦 more than The Netherlands 🇳🇱 for DMCA stuff.
I'd suggest looking at server locations where DMCA isn't enforced that much, like Romania or Ukraine. I've seen some hosts on here do that but I don't remember the names of the hosts

For most streaming related DMCA, Hetzner will definitely not work. Some NL hosts can be accommodating however. I know a Leaseweb reseller who is able to ignore certain types of complaints. You could go Eastern Europe, but the network quality is absolutely terrible, and a lot of them that sell "unmetered bandwidth" there have hidden Fair use policies.
