No VPS provider would be crazy enough to provide blockchain sync because it will eat up a lot of bw & cpu, cmiiw 😅😆 You need dedi for this kind of node.
my advice : find rasp pi colo, buy the pi with 1tb ssd or nvme, then send them to your colo provider
