I don't know if they had them in Dallas, but today there was a massive 3-hour outage.

Oh they are Dallas based so makes sense, thanks. Sadly it seems they haven't turned on their machines yet after the outage
A lot of servers experiencing failed drives, raids, etc... due to power failure. So, this could be the issue with them.
