Hi I have some questions
So I was basically migrating from blesta to whmcs and I have a master reseller plan from deasoft and its acting pretty weird. Once someone orders on whmcs and if I try to do anything like changing its package or such then it decides to say something "That user does not belong to you". I guess i have to contact deasoft regarding this? As I'm not facing any issues with the DA web hosting plans that I've migrated (using hostbrr). Only having issue with master reseller plan, maybe something with DAReseller software?
Also strange that when I select the type as reseller hosting it doesn't let me select the package in module settings, only lets me select if set to shared hosting.
Main question is has anyone here faced issues with DAReseller Software & whmcs together.
