Hello. I have updated both your servers as you requested. Thank you for ordering from us.
Can you open a support ticket? I am on it and it seems alright.
I have added the extra RAM. you'll need to power off your server, than power it on.
The node is online, our VPS where our website is hosted is on the same server.
Anyway, we have multiple storage there, and it seems a problem with one of the arrays there.
Our colleagues from the Phoenix datacenter are looking into it. If they turn off the server to check the array controllers, our website might go down a bit, so do not worry.
