Need 4x 960GB NVMe servers in Romania

Hi,
Am looking to test something out. I'd need four separate servers (virtual or not), each with a 960GB/1TB NVMe drive for use as caching servers. Location must be Romania. I'd setup my own servers using my own hardware but I don't have the resources right now to set up each cache server.

    There are many reasons there, but the brother itself does not recommend itself because it does not offer what it does not have (servers with NVMe disks in the present case).
