It might be worth clarify use-case and term duration, what happened to the 50 before? Is this to pump some capacity threshold for some storage/compute/privacy-tor-like-vpn-ish based shitcoin?

However perhaps you should consider a dedi and make VMs there, and if you're interested in the IPv4 allocation of the VMs, you may aswell request a small IPv4 block to allocate each VM a single address.

Any specific CPU requirements, or will any box with 8 CPU cores/threads do the job?
I'd say you are better off with a couple dedis then as i don't see why you need to run test nodes on the public internet. Just get enough dedis to satisfy your resource need, fire up a bunch of qemus, docker containers, lxc containers or whatever floats your boat and setup a VPN between your dedis to route traffic. It'll not only likely be cheaper but also probably less work intensive.
