Hello, I am looking for an affordable dedicated server I am looking for an I9-9900K or Ryzen 9 5950x or Ryzen 9 3900x server I saw the prices of I9-9900k prices affordable on hetzner I also accept Ryzen 7 3800x I accept my average budget between 50-60 dollars

not sure about ur budget but reliablesite might have what u want, I don't think you can get what u want for the same price as hetzner out of hetzner.

then increase your budget, if you want cheaper IP you have to sacrifice something. There is no one else who is able to sell you servers at a similar price to hetzner.

You could also use tunneled ips, but those might be less stable
