Hi,
I'm looking for a cheap provider, prices between €100/month or below for a dedicated server. Similar specifications as Dual Intel Xeon E5-2683 v3 which uses SSD disks instead of HDD, cheap NVMe if possible. 1TB Storage. 1 Gbps bandwidth speed (Unlimited or not I don't have special needs)
I'm using an AMD Ryzen 5 3700X and Dual Intel Xeon E5-2683 v3. But it requires additional servers and from different providers, different server locations.
*It is important that the provider connects directly to the Tier-1 ISP operator network.
*It is important that providers are in Tier-III data centers.
*It is important that the provider has multiple peering partners.

Your best bet for this budget is a provider like Hetzner.

The budget isn't that crazy. It's the DMCA that kills it.
@OP get some cheap no-DMCA VPS and use it to proxy to your actual servers. That's your best option.
