Like @kenjing789 said, if you mean simply mounting storage, no reputable provider will have anything against that. They just don’t want enormous bandwidth usage and/or dmca complaints

Thanks for your order. Open a ticket if you're experiencing an issue. Your server has an unmetered port, it could be possible your downloading from an slow source for example.

Torrent and public mean you will see more leecher than seeder and those seeder mostly limit upload for them other torrent file
hetzner speedtest is shit, easily the worst way of measuring speed. use literally anything else.
Yep, Yabs or the Online/Scaleway iperf3 servers are great for speedtesting in our opinion. So does that large files OVH provides if you just want to do a quick wget/curl
Wow, Didn't even know you guys started offering this. True 1Gbit unmetered at a low price is amazing. It feels like its getting harder and harder to find hosts that offer this. Most have a fair use policy.
