I'm thinking about starting a streaming site, so I guess that would mean no rights to the content. Is there any host thats fine with me hosting that? if so I also need a place to get a domain that wouldn't suspend

    I suggest you to check risk factor. Currently i am running such movie streaminf site. I have 8TB of 4 different storage server from different providers at lowest price. I have to use 1 dmca ignored vps for front and 1 main proxied vps. 1 VDS for encoding 1 RDP for download-uploading. My current yearly cost is around 400$. first 1 to 2 years was almost full loss in term of profit. Then i have spiked on traffic & earned almost 3$ daily. But since last google core update it has been down by 75%. I have to give my continues time for downloading, encoding, uploading & posting movies.
    So think very carefully before start.
    -> Can you survive the loss of money & time?
    -> Can you give time for all the work?
    -> Can you handle copyright notice pressure?
    -> Can you keep your data secure?

    These two are probably the most important since if the site gets successful there will be people out to get you, which won't stop at sending notices.

    Wow what a great find! I wanted to host my 5TB 1080p collection in German, but I'd rather add it here. Is that possible?
    For streaming, why not just add a Plex server? Or even FTP, so it can be added to various streaming clients.

    100s of DMCA mails are received daily, he keeps changing servers.

    Btw most of the DMCA mails are fake.
