Have recomendation for Singapore VPS with this resource ?
64GB RAM
8 - 12 Cores CPU
1TB SSD
20TB Bandwidth @ 1Gbps or Unmetered BW at 100mbps
99.8% Uptime of All including provider own server and network
budget about 50 - 70 dollar permonth
I want to move from contabo after their nvme speed are just 25MB/sec, Really overselling for their resource usage.
I had used contabo and ovh, maybe have other suggestions? except two of them?

Should just look for an affordable dedicated server with those resource requirements. I think Contabo even has dedicated in Singapore around $100?
i have think to use their Dedicated but i decided to not use them after their didnt answer my ticket for most 4 days and still counting until now.

We can do $80 for 4x 7950X (shared), with 64GB DDR5 ram, NVMe, and 10Gbit port.
Additional cost would be applicable for extra cpu, and bandwidth chosen.
But yes, like many others suggested, it makes sense to go for a dedicated server
