You need true residential IP, or as long as websites identify your IP as ISP works?
Also would Vietnam work?
ISP is fine, it does not need to be a true residential IP. However, Vietnam is not okay. Should be Hong Kong or Singapore.

https://layer.ae IPs (whole ASN I guess) gets detected as ISP by most big GeoIP providers (Maxmind and IPInfo)
They're out of stock unfortunately, but maybe @rsk can do something about it.

Any residential proxy bypassing IP2Location detection?
We have NAT VMs in Hong Kong with Residential IP that will suffice for this. We also have additional Dedicated Lines available (1 Gbit Dedicated Line with your own residential IP) for higher costs, should you be interested in that.
