NBG has lower latency than FSN?
Besides this their difference can be ignored
Hetzners presence is definitely bigger in FSN, as in the DC is huge. IIRC they also supply their own power there so its effectively T4.
I've mostly used FSN and never had issues, only caveat is its dependency on Frankfurt for internet access.
Do they just have a couple dark fiber runs?
