Sorry if I'm in the wrong place!
Don't need a /24 (can't afford that yet!!) BUT would to talk about smaller options? Anyone point me somewhere? Been a member of LEB for years, and LET for some time!
Appreciate anything you can help me with!

A /24 is the minimum that's globally routable. You can't announce anything smaller than that. Your only option would be to rent from your provider.
First of all, what's your actual goal?
Is it just having multiple IPs, anycast (or similar) or actually routing stuff?
@AlexBarakov is correct here. However, there are some providers who can offer you smaller number of IPs over tunnels. It is not a great approach, as you will be adding an extra hop, and the provider might not be in close proximity both geographically or net wise. Other than that, yeah it's doable.
Get it from your provider
