Yeah, in EU it's pretty much only Romania. Usually easier/cheaper to find cheap static res proxies and a random vps.

Hello yes that it's true all deals from https://panel.ihostart.com stop exist with Orange ASN. Because we cannot cancel some contracts with orange (our ISP) we still usage this residential ASN , but for other future cheap deals (more dedicated for the Chinese market to make VPNs)
