looking for cheap EU/MIDDLE ASIA VPS / pay with crypto
I'm looking for a cheap (~2$/month) VPS that can be paid for with crypto.
The location should be in Europe or Middle/West Asia. For long term.
Also, I was wondering if it's possible to get not "dirty" IP for that money. For example, I've used a VPS an IP of which was flagged as suspicious by many services.
I don't think that I can get a crystal clean IP for that money but still I'd like to evade the worst ones

You can check for yearly offers under $15 and $25 (would be effectively <$2/month) or there are monthly plans under $2 listed there. I think you'll get a better deal for the yearly plans. Most of them in that list do support Crypto.

It's not really that much about the money but about popular services. Popular services almost always attract abuser which will tarnish IP reputation. The main relation to money is that cheap services are usually popular and also attract a higher percentage of abusers.
