Hello,
To analyze Dmark files, I'm looking for an online service that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, or an open source solution. I've seen that there are several solutions, but there's nothing like feedback and user recommendations

You can try https://www.valimail.com/products/monitor/ - I used it with 8 domains and it was helpful.
parsedmarc is another good option
I've been using mailhardener, quite good.
I would recommend valimail though.
I am using https://dmarcreport.com (DuoCircle) for some years and really like them.
