They also have a smaller plan with 8 cores/32 GB memory, but with less space. They maybe could also make a custom plan.
@dataforest (avoro.eu) may also have something, but there HDD is rather expensive.

Sadly no better CPUs in that range but given 8 vCores are basically just 8 hardware threads all of them would provide that (or in case of i7-8700 / E-2176G even more).
