Windows Server Under $10?

Hello,
I am looking for a windows VPS (I will provide my ISO) with the following specs:
2-4 vCores
60 SSD
4GB-8GB
Location: Florida, US
Now, I have AdvinServers that matches my requirements however there is a 72 hours delay and I need the server as soon as possible.
Any suggestions?
