Thoes that were charged py STRIPE ( I will underline stripe as only that has problems ) you will get the $ back in 3-5 working days. Open a ticket on our website, post proof of payment, and we will provision the service for you when you can make the payment again.
Attention, since Stripe API has some issues, all upcoming rounds will be PAY-PAL only! this is for all of us best interest, we getting payment confirmation and you as customers not having $ missing from your account without a usable service.
