WHMCS Blocked Sender

ChalipaChalipa Member

Hi,

All tickets sent to WHMCS departments are marked as "Blocked Sender". I have POP3 mail piping set.

https://jmp.sh/VT3EEYgH

I have to "Ignore Error and Import"

https://jmp.sh/J2fKwOeQ

So the mail/tickets are registered. Even when I do this, replies sent by clients are Blocked again.

I do not have any kind of spam protection set.

What could be causing this?

It is possible that the emails from clients are triggering a spam filter within WHMCS or your email server. Check your spam settings and whitelist the email addresses of your clients.
