    From the ToS:

    Pornographic sites are not allowed on our services.

    Pornographic material itself is not banned, but almost all the countries ban/prohibit the publishing of child porn, and other types of materials.

    Taking that into consideration and the fact that analyzing the materials of a porn site is extremely complex, we took the decision to ban/prohibit the use of our services for porn sites publishing.

    If you get caught, you will be notified, your service will be suspended, and no refund will be given.

    Hosting anything privately is allowed, pretty much anywhere. The issue is exposing it publicly and the liability involved.

    EDIT: Missed the tracker portion, there’s redistribution involved there so that’s a good question.

    We get a lot of these questions, some did not read the TOS, so i will be blunt/direct on the following:

    Are pornographic sites allowed ?
    Are pornographic trakers/torrents allowed ?
