My VPS(BF 65€) has limited uploads to only 500mbps.
I reported this issue to my support ticket and they have had no response for 4 days.
I only used less than 2T in March. He should be limited at 21T.

Is there anyone know how to contact them?

Isn't it normal because of the latency between your VPS (NL) and the destination servers (LA and TX)?

I have the exact same plan as you. This is my network yabs just now. Everything except the Leaseweb SG node looks fine based on the 2.5 Gbps port speed.

I have no idea what you're expressing.
It's obvious that he has limited the upload speed.
I have two orders from Black Friday with different upload speeds.

Please don't use your VPS to represent me.

Oh I see. I meant the speed from the Netherlands to the US is already around 500mbps, so it wasn't clear if your upload speed was limited. But it seems so according to your network yabs in EU.

This is a very bad merchant.

To check if the upload speed limit is capped on a specific port in Linux, you can use the tc (traffic control) tool. Here’s a general approach:
Identify the network interface associated with the port you’re interested in. You can use the ifconfig or ip addr command to list all network interfaces and their details.
Check existing traffic control settings using the tc command:
sudo tc qdisc show dev [interface_name]

Replace [interface_name] with the actual name of your network interface.
If you see a qdisc (queuing discipline) entry with tbf (token bucket filter) or another rate-limiting setting, it indicates that there’s a cap on the upload speed.
For example, a tbf setting might look like this:
    qdisc tbf 1: root refcnt 2 rate 500kbit burst 16kbit latency 50ms

This indicates an upload speed limit of 500 kbit/s with a burst of 16 kbit and a latency of 50 ms

Today I found that when I reboot my machine, it can briefly reach the maximum speed of 2.5Gbps, but this doesn't last for more than 5 minutes.
    Then, limited 500mbps again.

Curious if something is wrong with your OS installation so the limit runs every time it reboots.

I have several Epyc Gen 3 (AMD EPYC 7763) - 1/2/3 core VPSses and can transfer some if needed. No complaints at all. Will need to create a ticket to learn about the process. PayPal or Revolut.

    1 vCore - 2GB Ram - 30GB NVMe Disk - 5TB BW - > 16,20 €/year (+vat if applicable) - Order Now
    2 vCores - 4GB Ram - 60GB NVMe Disk - 10TB BW - 32,40 €/year (+vat if applicable) - Order Now
    3 vCores - 6GB Ram - 90GB NVMe Disk - 15TB BW - 48,60 €/year (+vat if applicable) - Order Now

Why transfer when the coupon in the OP still works?

Good point, didn't know it is still active 😅

  • Any deal? I want to try your services

    Any yabs for 3vCores ?
I think I need a more powerful server than that, but you never know.

@remy I've merged them into one. Let me run yabs in a moment and will share the result.

  • Hello, my official friend introduced that your server is great. Can you beg for a 36o flash purchase? I paid for it myself, because I have been waiting for more than half a year.

  • Have used their services for 2 years, never had any issues. Waiting for their Black Friday 2024 offerings!
