Does "from asia" mean "the server is located within Asia"? If you're inquiring about whether the connection from a specific Asian country is good, it would be helpful to specify the actual country.

ipv4+ipv6 is fine
There are several VPS providers in Asia that offer plans with only IPv6 addresses. You can easily find them by searching for "VPS Asia IPv6" on google.

I remember there was a thread listing vps w/o v6 access. Basically everyone has it now.
Also, what are your specs and usage? Does the freeVPS.org plan here suit your needs? There are also a few v6 only VPS on google, given that you login to the panel once a week or sth.

What you provide is 15 US dollars for 1 year, 512M memory and 5000G. traffic per month. The Singapore plan you provided is too expensive for me. I only need 512M of memory. More traffic is what I care about.
