I have a 1u server. and am looking for a 1u colocation supplier in France and England, italy. Is there any established supplier with good prices and good quality?

Maybe @Jasonhyperhost for UK, their site only offers 2U and 4U, but perhaps he'll make a custom offer.
You should definitely go to c1vhosting, they have high quality fiber optics and a massive DataCenter, price is unbeatable.
Don't do that.
We've got availablity in Stellium UK, which is a very nice facility if that is of interest

Aruba has its own DC in Italy and provides colocation service too, give them a try eventually.
UKDedicatedServers most of reputable hosts here uses their DC. And been customer of them for quite a year+ Its good, network and support is premium
