    Hi @ripeapple -- The current bandwidth allocation you're seeing is indeed the correct one after doubling. For clarification, the package you ordered includes 500 GB of monthly transfer. Currently it is set to 1000 GB (1TB) after doubling, which is 500 GB x 2 = 1000 GB :)

    Hello, Thanks for your time. Please let me explain, 4 days ago, your colleague reprovisioned my server on another node.The original monthly transfer is indeed 500 GB, yet it had been doubled twice to 2000GB before being repovisioned, and shrinks to 500GB after that. So I come here to tag you for it.
