Kind of funny but i doubt there would be enough genuine interest to justify the organization work or recoup the needed investments regardless if the event were to held in the US or Europe.

Imagining a lowendcon... Cover fee is $9.99. The venue is some rusty abandoned warehouse down by the docks. Food is potluck style, and BYOB. 5 hours into the 8 hour planned events the organizers suddenly disappear, absconding with the entrance $ and it was all cash so no chance of refund. Lowendcon becomes known as the great deadpoolcon.
