When to short bitcoin
And their checkout system is still active, wow.
@ReviveHost, anything you want to share with us here?
More details on this would help, i.e., how long do people have to pack their stuff before lights out etc.
They were founded by a previous exit scammer, sort of shocked people didn't see this coming to be honest. Why were they allowed a tag to begin with?
Who?
I don't know who these people are, or who they were.

So who's the exit scammer that founded this company?
Unrevived host
Didnt even use ChatGPT. Guess he didnt outsource to hostingcunter
Huh. Maybe that explains why my VPS went offline at 2024-03-11 15:07 UTC? I was able to open a ticket, but the only option for department (normally sales or tech) was "Closed". I knew that was a bad sign...
I didn't receive any emails in advance of the shutdown, which is pretty annoying. It was a good deal while it lasted: 2 GB/60 GB for $2/month (after discount). Several instances of extended downtime made me question just how 'premium' their premium plans were.
Didn't realize it was an exit scam. Oops.
I would like to address this as I saw this form the other day and noticed some misinformation. I want to be absolutely clear: the closure was not part of any exit scam, nor have I started another company under that pretense.
The decision to close the business was driven by a combination of operational and financial challenges. We encountered significant issues with our payment processing—specifically, fraud on our Stripe account led to thousands of dollars in fees when the fraudulent transactions were processed which when we first started I was not accounting for and didn't understand the grasp of how significant credit card fraud is. Additionally, persistent technical problems and downtime made it clear that our current setup was no longer sustainable or profitable I never designed the business to get to the point where we were handling 300+ servers. You can review all the issues we've had and most of it lack of planning in the initial stages of the business.
On the day we decided to close, while setting up IPv6 BGP at our colocation facility with Hivelocity, I made a misconfiguration which resulted in a network shutdown. By that point, the cumulative downtime and mounting losses meant that further investment in fixing these issues was not viable.
While I totally understand and take responsibility for the sudden closure it was not the best move and if I had the opportunity I would've fixed the issue and given more notice on the closure. That was my mistake which I apologize for.
Who asked?
I would like to clear up misinformation regarding myself.
A literal year late? Piss off.
Reggards…
It means they’re ready with another exit scam
