  These servers are GeoAlbania, which means the IP geolocation will be set to Albania, but servers are really located elsewhere (In this case 🇵🇱 Warsaw or 🇩🇪 Frankfurt), you shouldn't be concerned about this as you're hosting a game server.

  Do you have any location preference? I have one (in EU) VDS from PHPFriends available for transfer here on LET. Everything matches your requirement except for the CPU I guess.
