Yes, it sounds very nice in words, but in reality it’s the other way around. I bought the services and I can’t use them. I even asked to pay extra but switch to a dedicated server, but all I get from support is wait, we’ll figure it out. A month has already passed...

You are misrepresenting the situation and I will not post the ticket here. You ordered a VPS, got the vps and then asked for an IP in the range listed with a test IP. You received a vps and then asked for an IP address from a block we don't use for VPS but is assigned to the network in Dallas and we explained we generally lease the entire block with a server. You asked for a /29 and were told this would take some time but can make it happen for you. To be clear you only ordered the 5.00/monthly VPS and not a dedicated server. While we would like everyone's business, it is unfavorable when the facts are misrepresented. All further updates will be given by ticket and let's be honest you haven't been waiting weeks for a ticket response.
I also don’t want to post our correspondence here, but read my message in the ticket more carefully. You are misrepresenting the topic here, I have already written to you several times and will write again that I am ready to buy a dedicated server from you, just issue an invoice if this is not possible. If not, then I I'll just look for another provider.

Considering that we have been trying to help you and explained the factors involved while they appear simple, I think is very poor and you were offered the same offer as anyone else which was to lease the entire block (/24). This apparently is over your budget considering your need is to have ips from this block. You also didn't post some items. Just felt the need to clarify this part. We have no way of knowing across all the IPs we have as direct allocation or the datacenter which block and IP will work best for you without you saying so and even if you say so some blocks are not for vps. The reason we are having this dialogue is because you seem to want a server. There is no need for us to send you an invoice. Our cart has the servers listed by location. I don't want there to be confusion that we selected the wrong server for your needs.
You have already answered the ticket and this is a great joy for me. In no way do I want to blacken you or ruin your reputation. I didn’t note some facts here only because it will again have a bad effect on your reputation. I’ll find a new hoster and I will rent and here you will continue to sell services and find new clients. If it happens as you answered in the ticket, then most likely I will leave a good review (but the question again is why the question has not been raised here yet; there were no specifics in the ticket? Again please don't misrepresent this situation. You can paste the entire ticket if you would like to. Nothing in it will have a negative impact. That said you ordered a product and got it and then complained about an IP request that was not noted on the order and now want a server you haven't ordered. The IP given was made clear to you that it was a test ip because that's what you asked for in the livechat and the IP was given as a response to give you a test ip. The entire ticket says that. There is no other information to add or answer.
