too much investment for a simple small server, if you can make it OVZ and stack the discount, price seems fair to me so I would get a second one with you.
OpenVZ's smallest plan costs just around 26 euros/year with fairly unlimited traffic. There is no possibility of getting a discount, as it is already more than well priced. Sorry, really can't help you here.
