Here's how long it took for me
My website was down for roughly 3 hours and 5 minutes which is less than 99.99% uptime (4 minutes and 21 seconds per month) . I believe I am suitable for claiming the SLA which was advertised here on LET and on their front page. Still awaiting for their response on tickets.
I think we are on the same server, my VPS is also on server 302.
Server302 became overloaded and there were OOM errors. I had to do an emergency reboot. Unfortunately the reboot got hung up and I had to drive to the data center to fix it. I have move some clients off of it so this doesn't happen again.
I see, that seems unfortunate, could this be due to an oversight where multiple clients fully utilizes the ram? Since this offer relies on people not using too much resources. I am basing this assumption on this guy's comment :

They are all full at the moment and have stopped accepting orders until the new server is ready.

I am on Server206 - these were down and I raised a ticket, which was responded to and said the servers were up.
These are down again.
I'd appreciate a refund at this point.
The only ones down on server206 are some Windows VPSs which shut down automatically when you don't have a valid license. Impossible to give you a refund since I don't know who you are.
it say out of stock, for kvm-4 and kvm-5 linux only. no more available ?

Is there a time frame for being able to acquire vps's once again. I know it depends on new server.
I upgraded my VPS two days ago because I wanted more storage, and since then it became extremely slow. I even tried to reinstall the OS and still is very slow. Still waiting for my ticket to be replied to so i came to check this thread.. I Hope this will be resolved shortly

I have most of the server built. Just waiting on the CPUs. They have been shipped but I don't have a delivery date yet. BTW these will be dual 48 core Epycs, double what I have now.
