Using APFS snapshots with Borg backup

I use Borg for backups everywhere, including my Macs. Is there an easy way to use APFS snapshots during backups with borg?

I don't think borg is working with any kind of file system snapshots. AFAIK it only uses files, so if you could mount a snapshot in RO mode somewhere and point borg there, it should work I think.

Borg backup does not have built-in support for creating APFS snapshots during backups on macOS. You can manually create snapshots using the Time Machine utility or a third-party tool like Carbon Copy Cloner before running Borg backups.
