Suspiciously cheap provider slicehosting, is it legit?

I found this slicehosting.tech site through check-host.net. Interestingly enough, they are offering VPS for $10 for 16GB of RAM that is located in India.
The absolute cheapest VPS for that price range I saw was Advinservers and that guy is almost always out of stock. Has anyone ever tried them? If so, how's your experience? Their livechat has been dead since January and I couldn't find any mention of them anywhere except a few reddit comments.

Shouldn't this raise some kind of flag for you?
They sell you SWAP as RAM and 4 vcore is probably 5% of real 1 Core

ouch!
almost gave a false judgement against @dustinc
I'm sorry
.tech domain again? Guaranteed deadpool!
They reply via discord, tho they always say they're changing cpu, ram, ranges. Which makes it scummy. Another thing Mike (Dustin) has chargebacked Oliver. https://imgur.com/2V9vTXC - VirtFusion discord
They've been heavily advertising on Facebook.
I mean I used to run a hosting company which was legit and wasn't active on LiveChat so I'm giving them BOTD.
Then why was it there?
Advertised with Xeon Gold 6138 which can in theory house 768 GB x2 RAM. Would be a terrible investment versus some Epyc. The RAM speeds do match the CPU. The zero price difference with their Frankfurt location raises a flag. Performance if actually delivered would be absolute horse shit on a full node. Unmetered bandwidth somewhat plausible if throttled to hell. The knowledge base is empty, no looking glass. Their gaming RDP is ridiculously priced, lacks any kind of information. Looking up "KVM Standard M" shows similar looking websites selling from India under different domains such as https://my.hyzen-cloud.com which started to appear in 2024
This is the type of analysis I was looking for. Thank you.
What I know is that their servers exist. Dunno about service.
Dunno what you'll do with this but their Hydrabad server is from Web Werks and their Jaipur server's IP is located in spain(what?). The ping is proper for India though.
https://check-host.net/ip-info?host=193.38.249.5 for their jaipur server IP.
They don't have a refund policy for vps can't trust
I think they're reselling slicehosting as they've got a categiry called "2024 Sale"
heyo — that was me, i’ve talked with multiple tunnel providers and he claims he tunnels his dedicated servers
another ign he goes by is Shivang
If you join the VirtFusion discord server (he is banned in) you can see him having a go at someone lol
I asked him for his colo provider and when I did I used livechat to speak to them — he somehow knew I had done so so I suspect they are in on whatever he is doing or he has done something
I never even mentioned the name of him, I asked for the same spec dedi he has posted in his Discord announcements
Thanks. It's too many redflags that I cannot ignore. Not gonna proceed with it.
I had it on for a couple of months but there simply wasn't enough people using it to contact me. I then abandoned it.
Trust me, that company was a lesson learned. I plan to open another but will make sure nothing is as half baked as it was previously.
Hell, I'd even let you guys rant it so I can use it as a feedback and improve it.
It's been ran by a guy named Mike on discord, people say he cards his servers, and this is his i don't know like 5th hosting company. So yeah I won't recommend.
So why not turn it back off when you abandoned it? Why have it there??
You don't know exact story, Oliver sold me a hosting company (ituf) and discord server and later on he transferred the discord server ownership to someone's else after payment was done. He also deleted vps of customers so I was forced to do chargeback
Can you check the url of that trustpilot web's. It's not of our hosting. Someone has changed the name to our company's name.
We offer dedicated resources with VPS and we can also share some proofs if you are interested.
Slicehosting is my first hosting btw, I did't had any hosting in past
You can try our services. You can do paypal chargeback anytime so there is no reason to get worried about getting scammed.
We've recently opened our datacentre in Jaipur and ip block is newly registered so geolocation isn't updated
They might be reselling our services.
You can join our discord server and we can discuss things there. Discord link is mentioned at the bottom on our website home page. Also we've over 700 active VPS buyers rn and 29k user's on discord server.
Well you are promoting your website using YouTube streamers it's good but why don't you have a refund policy?
