You can try Mailcow if you want both inbound and outbound capabilities along with a proper mail system.
If you want to do it, there is no pain. many people host emails. now many people are going to suggest providers, but ultimately, it's up to you.

Don’t think you will get flagged for that with any provider tbh
Save yourself the hassle and send via an SMTP relay. I use Zoho Zepto and it costs me 2.50 euros per credit where each credit is for 10K emails and expires in 6 months.

You can but not needed, just check to see if your IP has been previously flagged before you start
It's not flagged now, but I know it was on UCE L2 High listing risk.
