We ccould do that for you if windows wasn't a a requirement, that'd be about 800€ a month.

You asked for DEDICATED 10Gbps. It means you get a dedicated 10gbps connection you can use 24/7/365 @ 10Gbps. That costs a lot of money.

Low traffic limit, non-guaranteed, non-dedicated 10Gbps i've seen at 80€ a month.
The one offer on this thread min price at quick glance looked like 900+€ a month for what you were asking for.

We can’t meet your location requirement, but to add to the discussion we offer 10gbps dedicated unmetered servers starting at $549/mo - and we don’t have an issue with it being used to it’s full potential. It can be found higher or cheaper with varying results.
