I need a dedicated server in Singapore that supports BGP sessions for IPv4 and IPv6, about 256G of memory, a 4TB SDD hard drive, and at least two E5 v4 CPUs.
Requires Port Speed: 10 Gbit (can be shared bandwidth, Unmetered Bandwidth)
Are there any relevant discounts? The budget is about 600-700 US dollars

That is a tough request. Dual E5 v4s are not that common in SG and you want unmetered 10Gbit too??
