is there any possibility of offering a much lower end service than the currently posted ones?
I did that once and it was not worth it. I want to be able to care about the client as well.
You can't get much lower for what you get already. You won't find this type of resources included with the price point here.

I was successful in migrating my old server to a new one following this guide.
The old one had 4gb and an intel, as the demand of my server increases the ram usage was also nearing its maximum capacity. Had to buy this generous offer which I had been eyeing for quite some time. It was a nice upgrade, and the Epyc cpu is a great bonus. All for the same price.

I've been experiencing downtime for over 2 hours now with @LittleCreek. I opened a ticket and they mentioned about rebooting server 302 which affected my VM. But an hour later its still down. They have not yet replied to the reason why. They have 99.99% SLA so I wonder if they will compensate me for that
My VPS was also down for more than two and a half hours, what happened @LittleCreek ?
