Well, so far... All I've had are problems after purchasing CHI-B-KVM-1.
At first, I thought I was attempting to connect via SSH to the VM incorrectly.
Remoting in via VNC - It seems to have quite a lot of problems.
I've raised a ticket - So we will see what happens.
If I have rebuilt a fresh VM - It should just work.
Nothing is ever simple with these cheap packages.

I still haven't heard back from anyone regarding my issues.
The VPS is not able to connect to any external IP.
A manual reinstall of Ubuntu/CentOS fails on setup.
Definitely a waste of money.
Such a shame, as I just needed to run a few basic tasks.
I still have my Oracle free tier VM running - So that will just have to keep chugging along for now.
I purchased your 4GB Chicago VPS, but after a few months, the recurring discount was lost, and no one responded to the ticket inquiry. This is the only supplier where I have experienced recurring discounts being lost.
