NEED VPS | $5/Month

Previously I have made a discussion about nat vps, but the majority said it is better to kvm if the budget is that much. Don't know if this is realistic or not, but I am looking for a vps with the following specifications:

VZ Type: KVM or OpenVZ
Number of Cores : 2/3vCpu is fine, 4vCpu if possible
RAM : 4gb (preferably 6/8 if possible)
Disk Space : preferably 50gb+
Disk Type : SSD
Bandwidth: 3tb or more
Port Speed: 250mbps is fine, 500mbps if possible
Number of IPs: 1 ipv4
Location: any worlwide

Budget: Looking for under $5/monthly
I need big cores and ram, the cpu model doesn't really matter which ram and cores get a lot.

Billing period: i need monthly payment, with debit card or credit card.
If I don't find anything I'll probably just using Turkey service. Thanks all!
