We do not ignore complaints, so if you download/upload illegal content, your service may be suspended due to complaints.
If we say, that we allow seedboxes, can it be understandable that we are ignoring complaints? We can't say we allow it if customers might get suspended for it.
Sometimes it is better to avoid some things.

E5 - V3/V4, we have different models, so we do not specify the model. Base frequency 2.4 - 2.5 GHz/core.
CPU host-passthrough depends on OS and node server. If OS does not require CPU host-passthrough, it is disabled. If required - it is enabled.
