I have found some offers within these specs but they always have 12 months contracts. I want a monthly contract with minimum contract duration 1 month.

Thanks but they denied my Order because of payment issues aparently. I paid via paypal and it was successfully authorized and still failed. Maybe because I couldn't select my country during sign up, they only showed very few EU countries for selection at the billing address..

It will run a private service with a webinterface, so it needs to be reachable from outside without a domain at least on port 80.

Typical problem with OVH, they take an order, accept the money and cancel it after a few minutes with no explanation. In general, very interesting why they treat their customers who have already paid so badly.
