OVH is unbeatable in terms of price. Yes advance-1 is very good choice specially if you can get it under any promotion like 68$/m without commitment which i get previously though it cost really high without promotional offer and commitments and i dont think it will fit under 110$ category. Anyay, I have had one with them for ecommerce site, it performs very good but network become unstable once every month and remain unstable for long time like 12-24hour (Latency issue no downtime). i dont know whether it happens now or not. Due to this i have purchased another ovh server in singapore location and migrate there and happily using it. I have suggested leapswitch as their DC is tier 4 (yotta) and support is very good. last time i saw them selling server at a very cheap rate (40$ to 60$/month). it seems that promotional offer is no longer exists and they have also increased the price. you can also consider about @kuroit offer. Their service and support is amazing. Good luck.
