Maintenance page system

Hi all,
I will be migrating a server next week and I want to set up a webserver on Nginx on which I can keep the visitor updated about the downtime.
I few years ago I found such a system, it worked with Markdown if I remember well. Do you know any of such, simple, easy systems? Any recommendations?
Thank you!

You ask for status page or beautiful error page stub?
A status page. A page that looks good with a quick way to add updates about the steps we took.
Not sure about markdown but have a look at https://cachethq.io/

Cachet is what I want, but unfortunately, very broken. It doesn't make a setup folder, even though it is redirecting to it.
I remember what I used before: tinystatus https://github.com/bderenzo/tinystatus
UptimeRobot is perfect
