Looking for EU VPS with a Second Disk or Block Storage

Hi,
Looking to buy a VPS located in Europe (prefer DE > NL > FR) that has a second disk or block storage option, as follows:
Virtualization: KVM
CPU: 2 vCPU (not too old. GB6 CPU =/> than 800)
RAM: 2 GB RAM (ideal 4)
Primary Disk: 30GB SSD/NVMe
Secondary Disk: 500GB or Block Storage
BW: At least 1TB @ Shared 1Gbps
1 IPv4
BuyVM, Hetzner, OVH and Netcup block storage are not an option for this case.

We have this in NL, unfortunately just with the 500 GB HDD though.
There is a company called Aurologic in Let. I don't know them but they look good.

You say Hetzners block storage is not an option but what about mounting a storage box? Either encrypted (via dummy file and loopback device on cifs mounted share) or directly mounted through cifs it works pretty nicely.
