I had the same problem but with the connection, I thought I was the only one that from my country it was impossible to access the Windows RDP, although it worked trying to open and close many times, until the connection was stable for me.
Everything else was perfect. For the price they sell it for, there was nothing to complain about, because it is very cheap, but unfortunately the connection was the lowest point for me.

How much additional capacity do you have?
I know you recently added a new server. Congrats on all these new sales. Fantastic service provider!
By the way, any chance if I upgrade my VPS in the panel (currently on KVM-5) to KVM-6, I'd get double RAM offer? From 12GB doubled to 24GB. I think I'm gonna need that extra vCPU, therefore asking about possible double RAM offer.
Or at least keep my current double RAM from 8GB to 16GB (rather than 12GB based on the plan).

I am going to be increasing RAM on some of the host machines to have a little more capacity and will have another server in June, maybe sooner. Paying for the 10 Gbps service took out a big chunk of available funds.
