Need a VPS with 1 or 2 TB HDD

I need a VPS that has 1 or 2 TB of HDD with at least 8G of ram, and maybe at least 2 cores. Usecase will be for media streaming. I prefer the vps to have gigabit network with 20-30Tb of bandwidth. Much better if vps have good latency to asia (not looking for asia based vps cuz they have low bandwidth)
Budget is at 10-13 usd. Please include yabs

yes, there was indeed a downtime cause by a defective 40G link between the main rack and a side rack in FRA1 location ( where also our website was located ).
So there was a short downtime of a part of our serverfarm yesterday. I assume you tested during this downtime. Sorry for that!
