They claim that the port has a capacity of 10Gbps and offers unlimited bandwidth. I was only utilizing an average of ~131Mbps, which is just 0.0131 of the capacity of a 10Gbps port. I believed this usage was acceptable according to their stated specifications.
Okay, this exceeds my expectations for a $3 VPS. I'll continue to use it before it expires.

i buy the 8GB vs and get caped to 80mb upload when i use from 400 to 500 mb x second upload
so i contact cusotmer support asking why and how can avoid this so i can cap myself a max speed in upload
customer support say " I mean full usage of bandwidth speed." but i never hit that full usage.
but well i think it's "okay" for the price you spend
