    Yeah, if you need that laptop then you just go for it!

    But that probably also depends where do you live - the import cost here would be like 50% value (VAT, import tax, VAT & import tax for shipping costs) then additional $ for wrong power adapter (no idea if only plug or whole thing as we have different than USA voltage here) and you end without any kind of warranty because wrong market. I have a feeling it would end only little cheaper than buying locally a little less spec'd out machine :D
    Globalization have some cons and pros :P

    Well you are right, it really depends on the location but even though I live in LT I would still try to go through the taxes to get such laptop :)
